I bought Rainbow Six Siege Ultimate Edition late December 2019 and installed on my home Xbox One X. The ultimate edition includes seasons 1 through 3 operators and the year 4 pass. My son has been playing the game on his account on the home Xbox One X since it was installed.

Created on April 3, 2020. Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe. Missing operators! I recently bought Rainbow Six Seige Deluxe for my son. I have downloaded it and all looks good except he cannot get the year 1 and 2 operators to load in his profile. I can see them in my profile. I contacted UbiSoft and they confirmed that they should be available to all users.
I was playing Rainbow Six (Siege) with a code that unlocked 8 Agents (2 year operators) and some skins. I also unlocked other agents, envelopes, etc. until I reached level 30. I recently migrated my profile to a new XBOX One console ... surprise! I lost all the agents and skins, etc .. !! In the old console and in the new one!

Rainbow six siege missing purchased operators. I recently attempted to purchase and download the year 1 and 2 deluxe versions of r6 however the operators that come with the dlc are still locked. I purchased it on the same account on which I play, the dlc’s have installed but seem to do nothing.

Everything else surrounding Siege is working perfectly except for this operator problem. I've tried: -Power cycling the console. -Power cycling it a second time. -Repeating steps one and two for about 7 minutes. -Uninstalling the game, Power cycling the console and then reinstalling the game.
