The Hub is an internal intranet website utilized by Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies. As much of the information on The Hub is internal to The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies, it is not possible to publically discuss most of it's features.
Winter comp tickets usually come out around the end of January and Summer tickets come out mid July there abouts. There is no hard date. Just be careful not to get on the hub or cast life to try and help figure things out. Cast members are fired all the time for allowing people to sign as them.

Go to the hub, click walt disney world then click work now on the left quick links, click EXCHANGE shifts NOT give away a shift. click post shift put in the info for the shift you are wanting to give away click post done!

In addition, Cast Members on the College Program receive a "Main Gate" pass. This allows friends and family to enter the parks for free. You receive the same entitlements as Seasonal (CT) Cast Members. Per the HUB (subject to change):
Apparently cast member discounts were supposed to be released on July 16, but the Hub online booking for cast members has not updated yet. The cast member I know let's me log in to her account so I can check and book the room myself. I've been checking multiple times a day to see if they have opened the dates, but still not yet.
