Picking just Kandarin gives you 4 subquests, for steel gloves. Yet, this falls below the combat bracelet, which gives +6 str and better stats across the board. I'm on Dragon Gloves after about a month on my first OSRS account (but can't finish Legends yet just started it). But for the last step I need to do Dig Site, Desert Treasure, Temple of Ikov, Death Plateau, Troll Stronghold, Barcrawl miniquest, Horror from the Deep, and get about 30 more QP. Talk about hitting a brick wall.

Bring Iban's blast for Karamel, Dessourt, and Culinaromancer. You can use snares on Flambeed to 'safespot' him relatively easily. Don't forget your ice gloves. Use water spells. Try to MD Karamel and then Iban Blast her to death. Don't forget your restores. Dessourt is just a DPS test. Iban blast him and he'll die pretty quick.
Well it kinda depends on the QP and stats you already have. Just go down the optimal quest guide and find some lol. I would look through your quest journal and do the quests that have low to minimal requirements - those will be your fastest quests. You'll only need around 6-13 quests or so to get there.
