I was finally able to resolve this issue. here are the steps I followed. On iphone- Delete Mail account from iphone. xfinity website > Login > Change password>Signout. xfinity website >Login > Change password again>Signout. xfinity website > Login > uncheck "Allow 3rd party access" > Logout.
