I found issues just today with the Alexa app on my Windows 11 PC. Every time I minimised the window while working, a minute or so later it popped up again. It was driving me crazy, so I just closed it completely, but the same thing happened. It kept popping up. In the end, finding it very tiresome, I uninstalled it.

Hi , Skies912. Open the Microsoft store, click library and then get updates. Wait for it to finish making all the appx updates from the store, then visit the link below and download the alexa app in the offline version and install it.
