I did the "We Pull" option, thinking I won't need to go in the store since the front page of the website says, "When you get to your store, head to the order pickup area in our lumberyard." I figured it meant you drive around to the lumberyard to pick up your order, without having to go in the store.
I ordered steel roof trim items recently and the expected date was June 18th. I got an email late evening on June 11th that the truck had arrived at the store and I could go pick up my item in one hour. I ended up picking up my items on the 12th. I had ordered on June 8th. Both items I ordered are manufactured by Menards.
I worked opd (order pick-up) at Menards. You pull around to the back and park at the order pick-up parking spots and either call the number on the sign or at my store we usually ran out to the cars before they even called. Give your order number. We get your order and load it into your car. You don't have to get out of your car or come into the ...
It’s totally up to you! Most people don’t want to drag the wood through the store, so you can approach a menards employee, tell them you need a picking ticket, and tell them the item you want, and how many you want. Then go to the check out, they scan the picking ticket, you pay, and then get in your car. Then you drive around.
Does Menards check ID on pick-ups, or is the printout from the website enough? I’m in another state for a week, and would like to buy an item for my contractor to pick-up and install while I’m gone.
The store can reach out and see if the order was ever picked up/ refunded and go from there. They will likely either refund the order to store credit for you or generate you a new ticket to pickup the merchandise. It honestly depends on if it’s still a stock item or if that SKU has been phased out.
Sounds like the store you're working with is being scumbags and not wanting to look into it. This is honestly a really easy solve that just requires looking into system v or menards.com order tracker, and comparing camera footage with the date that it says the 2 missing doors were "picked up".
This subreddit is dedicated to Menards! Customers, Contractors, and Team Members are all welcome! SAVE BIG MONEY AT MENARDS!
I have a theory that Menards makes more money from the interest of all the money spent during 11% than they pay out in the pre-markup cost of the items that people buy with the rebates they get back. You spend $100 for $80 worth of product. -$20 You get an $11 rebate.
Just have to look at the contractor , pull up Menards.com , select that one store that has the stock on hand , make that the store you are shopping at online , place the order online , add everything to the cart , select DELIVERY as the option , enter the jobsite location , then click on check out .
