Since there's very little documentation your best bet is to look through create or a create add-ons source code on GitHub then learn from that. That's how I built this mod. When I get round to it I'll make the git repository for this mod public so you could look through that if you want. Hope this helps.
I used flywheel with the newest version of create and I modified the mod version of flywheel in flywheel it self, but when I entered a chunk with a create structure what generated by another mod: it crashed immediately. and when u join that world again it crashes when it tries to render that create structure.
This is a great mod, but I do wonder about the Water Mill example. I can think of tons of aesthetic uses for this mod, but why would you use a flywheel as a water wheel when the game includes an actual water wheel which already turns with the water? Surely the aesthetic flywheel would require another source of rotational power anyway?

(The creators of create have already explained that the version of create 0.5.1 is incompatible with other mod addons. Changed your create version to the same snapshot you need without downloading 0.5.1. 3.

Problems with flywheel mod. I can’t make a mod pack with Create and Create Big Cannons, because they requires two different types of flywheel: -Create requires flywheel 0.6.8 or above, and below 0.6.9 -Create Big Cannons requires flywheel 0.6.5 or above, and below 0.6.7. How can I dove this problem? It always worked, and suddenly stopped. Share.
