You can Factory Reset your device under Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Factory Reset as mentioned by @andyross or pressing and holding the Reset button on the device for 30+ seconds. Make sure to have a working physical remote before performing a Factory Reset on a Roku device/RokuTV.

I just got a new tablet and installed the Roku app on it. A possible solution was posted above. Give it a try: If you don't have the Roku mobile app, install it and see if you can log into your Roku account on it. If you have it already, but it's signed into a different Roku account, try signing into the same account as you're using for your "smart" 🙄 home devices.
You can change the email address on your Roku account at https://my.roku.com. That updates the account itself. The email address shown on your Roku device should update the next time it communicates with the Roku servers. If you want to change the user account on a Roku device, you have to do a factory reset and configure it with the new account.
