I uninstalled the Windows program, cleared out anything that looked like Clockify in my Appdata folders, and finally deleted everything in the registry with Clockify in the name. I re-installed with a fresh copy of “clockify-setup.msi” and tried everything again. All to no avail. It keeps sending me to the login page and dismissing itself.
In Windows, the Login function of the new Clockify Beta app doesn’t work. The problem was because I had previously installed the old version and when installing a new one it doesn’t update its path in registry so when you try to log in from a browser, it doesn’t open a Clockify Beta because the path stays old.

When using the documentation of Power BI Time Tracking - Clockify™ we do not succeed in getting data. If we want to check the user ID and Workspace ID trough the API we keep getting the response:

Go to Registry editor ( windows start/ type “regedit”/ open the app) Find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and “Clockify” in it, and delete Clockify. Download the latest version of the app from our site and Re-install the app. If that doesn’t help, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@clockify.me, so we can investigate the issue.

I get logged out of the app every day or so - cannot quite define the exact trigger as sometimes it will remain logged in after sleep - but generally need to re-login every day or two.

So after a month-long process, I finally downloaded and ran Clockify for windows, and BAM. Browser crashes 3 times in an hour - my computer’s CPU pegs to a measly 9MB, and chrome uses almost all of that. the second it hits that mark—despite going far beyond it for a month prior—the browser freezes and crashes.
