Dell Pay (Comenity) CLI. Dell Preferred Credit Accounts migrated over to Comenity last month. For science, once I got the new account number and registered, I went and hit the LUV button. Approved at $4,000, got an auto to $5,500 a few months before WebBank sold the accounts. It did come with a HP from Equifax.

Comenity is done this Merry-Go-Round for many years so it's nothing new for them. What is new is that $17K just flew out the windows with the closure of Appliances Connection card by Comenity. This one (Overstock card) will tally out the door with $16K limit. That's $33K zilched from holding their store cards.
Re: forever 21 credit card issued by Comenity Capital Bank info. This is actually a pretty good card if you shop at Forever 21. Looking at their points system, it's effectively 5% on store purchases, 3.3% restaurants, and 1.7% gen spend. The "old" rule for Commenity backed cards was that it can take 9 months for an initial CLI and then YMMV after.
