I only use Chrome & still have problems with prolonged cycling, "aw snap" errors, inability to access billing docs or change payment methods. They said wait a few days and try again. I have 10 days grace period they say. Just tried again on Day 10 seeing new bill with what appears to be a $10ish late fee and past due. Still unable to pay via website. Anyone else having this issue? Any assistance from Comcast would be greatly appreciated.
My bill is past due but I set it up for automatic bill pay. I just got into my account. If automatic payment is ON, then why is it past due?
Click View Bill Details to open a PDF of your most recent bill in a new tab. The payment address can be found at the bottom of your first page on the remittance slip (usually a P.O. Box address). The fastest way to make a payment is online via Xfinity My Account as mentioned by @jav6joev .

Company this big should be ashamed they can't figure it out. I'm sure you'd have no issue charging the late fee if I don't pay the bill on time due to your ineptitude.
