    And you can't just map that original function of that key to some other key combination that involves Fn because the Fn key itself is only seen by the system firmware, not the OS. The OS just sees whatever keyboard command is the result of whatever Fn key combination you press, not the Fn key independently. So there isn't a great solution here.

    There are two work-arounds: To get actual Page-Down requires pressing the “fn" key (left hand) and “PgDn” key (right hand) which is possible, but for Mom this is more complicated than it should be. And the 3185 has a touch screen so she also can move the page using hand motions.

    Hey, I just got a quick fix for that. If you are in a Windows 10 machine, just open the on screen keyboard, open the game, hit the windows button, then exit from the full screen mode and click page up from the on screen keyboard.

    @toothpastestain I found a article here that explains exactly how to do this with Autohotkey. It uses CapsLock as the examples but the keycodes for Page Up and Page Down in Autohotkey are PgUp and PgDn (full reference here), so you should be able to write this basic two-line script and configure it to run at startup to get what you're looking for:
