  2. No that is not possible - the only way to “tether” an iPad to an iPhone is via the personal hotspot which will allow the iPad to use your 4G/5G connection and thus pinpoint your location. Non-cellular iPads can use local Wi-Fi signals to try and determine your location, but this generally only works in urban environments. Can I use my ...

  3. For me, it has turned into requiring me to reboot my iPhone at least once a day. I know it is not an issue with my service being off because I use my iPhone 13 as a hotspot for another old iPhone to play Pokémon and the gps location is correct on that one.

  5. The VW's GPS is wrong and it is being used as the primary source in CarPlay which causes the phone to use that bad location while running CarPlay. Use a different navigation app. Make sure software is up to date. It still freezes, loses signal, or goes wonky on the screen.

Regular map mode shows the direction you’re facing, but compass mode rotates the map around you. Tap the location arrow once to center the map on yourself, then again ...

  10. The GPS on my iPhone 11 Pro is not working correctly. Google maps, Apple maps and Waze show my current location in the middle of a water body, while I'm clearly not there.

  11. Hey all, After updating my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.6 I’ve been having issues with my gps / location services not working. I have to restart my phone, and when that doesn’t work reset my location settings to get it to work. at first I thought it was due to the VPN I was using so I turned it off, but I’m still having issues. Sometimes my gps works for 30 mins, sometimes for 10 mins before I ...
