Rockstar support is such bullshit! Especially as I've wasted so much time on this game from where I've lost product/money because of game bugs and faulty game designs! Seriously so shit! Someone somehow managed to log into my account and change the email and password.
Rockstar Support is not responding for over a week. I made a rockstar support ticket, and after few messages i exchanged with Rockstar Support, they suddenly stopped responding. In the last message they told me that the case has been redirected to another department for analysis. It's been almost a week, and nothing happened in my case.
So just submit a ticket explaining that. Go in the R* support page, then like R* games launcher, Can't login, your platform then 2 step. That leads you to the page where you can type out your problem and submit files and stuff. Who cares if the options you selected don't exactly match your issue.
