Mount Joy Observation Tower. A steel observation tower used to stand on top of Mount Joy, the highest elevation in the main park area, but it was closed in the 1980s because of deterioration and liability concerns. It was removed and shipped to a private area near Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, where people can still climb it.
