The Ġ.F Abela Junior College (JC) provides a unique learning experience aimed at preparing students for university and beyond. The unique learning experiences at JC prepare students in their transition from secondary school to tertiary education and for life.
At Junior College (JC) we offer a number of study programmes which are specifically designed to suit different needs. These include programmes aimed at students, who have just completed compulsory education, 18+ students, as well as for others who would like to restart their education at this level.
Application dates. Main applications are accepted online between 29 July and 09 August 2024 till 14:00. Late applications are accepted online between 19 August and 30 August 2024 till 14:00. Very late applications are accepted online between 09 September and 18 October 2024 till 14:00.
The College timetable operates on a schedule of nine one-hour sessions, from Monday to Friday starting at 08:00 and ending at 17:00. The Junior College cannot be held responsible for any changes that may need to be effected from time to time.

Go through the full list of courses that do have special requirements. For the Matriculation Certificate, students are required to study two subjects at Advanced level, three subjects at Intermediate level and Systems of Knowledge, which is a compulsory subject.
