I got my Flex setup ok no issue. Launched Peacock and entered my email. Got 2 emails from Peacock, one to verify email and other to set up password. Now when I launch Peacock it asks for password EVERY TIME. That is very painful given the SLOW cursor interface on the Flex remote. If this is normal, it won’t get used much.
Can't change password or access existing peacock account I have an existing Peacock premium account but I've not been able to access it on my TV. Peacock recognizes our user id but we don't remember the password from months ago. Have requested several times to have an email sent to reset the password to no avail. The "chat" option is useless as it comes up with automatic responses only as soon as you mention "peacock".

I can't reset my password from my username that I know. Whenever I try to, I get " The requested action could not be performed ." I figured I should submit a support ticket, except I can't do that either. Every time I try to submit it, I get "Captcha verification failed" So, not really sure what I can do now. Hopefully staff can help me out here.
