Embeddium has better mod compatibility. I don't know the exact difference and it seems that Rubidium has more addon mods for it. Rubidium addons work for Embeddium as well (or have a fork/alternative) 5. Reply. Su5eD. • 10 mo. ago. Embeddium is a fork of Rubidium with additional bugfixes and improved mod compatibility.
Rubidium has its own culling that isn’t as intensive and intrusive as the countless culling mods. I run smooth chunk save only server and noticed some improvements in tick rate with spark after installing it. Starlight for light engine.
Rubidium has a large variety of performance-improving options you can tweak to make your game run much better, both in terms of client-side fps and server-side tps. Rubidium Extras – Add-on to Rubidium to add a new page of options to optimize your game. Starlight (Fabric version) – Improves the game’s lighting engine to lessen frame ...

Rubidium is giving me problems. I decided I wanted to boost performance, get better framerates while playing Create, and a mod I've heard mentioned repeatedly is Rubidium, so I decided to add that to my game. It improved performance by not rendering any moving part in Create components. No belts or shafts.
to the both of you, try using Rubidium 0.2.9 and Oculus 1.2.5a, and dont use optifine, optiforge or any other "magic fps fix" type mod. And dont bother trying to use the other mods people tend to recommend along with those two, as all of them seem to crash with valhelsia 3.
Rubidium in my opinion is the best Magnesium runs a little worse for me, but Optifine is a no-go. Rubidium. All three sucks ass and are incapable of keeping the framerate above 40 fps. i may the the stupidest one but with optifine i'm getting around 140 fps and with rubidium I am having ~40 fps.
rubidium with create crashing. the rubidium mod causes the game to crash if you even see the item texture of some item from create. I'm playing with quite a few mods and would be running at 30fps standing still in a newly made world without rubidium so i would prefer not to delete that but I am also primarily focusing on the create mod within ...
I found out after sifting through my 130 something mod modpack that rubidium and magnesium don’t work with betterend forge. I found a good alternative though. Anyways, BetterEnd Forge. way late but Valkyrien Skies and Sodium/Rubidium/Embeddium versions >0.5 do not work together, it crashes the game.
Worked for me. Problem is that Night Vision seems to forced on when the No NV Flashing mod is installed with Oculus, this can be tested with complementary shaders by changing the NV mode in settings from "Normal" to "Military" and you'll see the green shader permanently on as well. Found the fix mentioned on the Discord server (link is in the ...
