09-23-2022 07:10 AM. Even when Etsy provider phone support it was incredibly unhelpful. Honestly, it was some of the worst customer service I ever received. One representative admitted to me there was a site wide problem with an issue and then told me they considered it my responsibility to handle it still.
Remember, any "Cases" opened may negaitively impact your Shop's placement in Seatch for "up to 4 Months". Of course, no Seller should feel pressured to refund to avoid a "Case", but, on the other hand, if there is any possibility that you may have overlooked a stain or two, it may be wise to refund.

You can create a shipping profile in two ways. 1.) Visit Your shop > Listings > Add a listing. 2.) Scroll down to the “Shipping section” and select to either create a calculated profile (calculate them for me (Recommended)), or a manual shipping profile (I'll enter fixed costs manually) from the dropdown menu. 3.)

Yes @JMOldeVintage is correct. There is no way to contact a Seller after a purchase, and not have it default to the "help request" format - with the "ideal resolution" comment.
