KSP uses the 10 codes, every once in a while, I hear a unit slip up and use a disposition code. Currently, most of the sheriffs departments and police units in western KY (that I have heard, except for Owensboro and Paducah <plain language> uses the codes.

SLCPD does use codes that differ from the ones you linked. 10-15 for SLCPD is Prisoner In Custody, 10-82 in the code you listed. They use 9-2 for a back and 9-1 for urgent help (Not 10-33). So at least one agency uses a modified version.
