To convert a JB folder to a decrypted .iso you need an IRD file. PS3-ISO-Rebuilder can do the conversion. Be sure to select "Plain Header" in the "Build / Extract" menu. To convert a decrypted .iso to an encrypted .iso (Redump) you need the disk key (dkey). PS3Dec can do the conversion.
Create an .iso image using an .iso dumping program, e.g. ImgBurn or IsoBuster. Open the PS3 ird database , and download the appropriate .ird file that matches the title ID. Be sure to check the title ID in case there is a different edition of that title. e.g. Uncharted 2 Game of the Year Edition.
The PS3 ISO Rebuilder for IRD files is a neat program and I enjoyed this program and used it often. Unfortunately....Now, I have a MAC and I really want to use this program with wineskin. It doesn't work at all.
I have some backups, JB Folders that are 100% clean. I verified them using PS3-ISO-Rebuilder with the specific IRD, all of them are untouched....

What's really bugging me is that immediately upon loading the JB folder into PS3 ISO Rebuilder, the PS3UPDAT.PUP file I put into the PS3_UPDATE folder (which is in the "root" JB folder if you will) magically transforms from 180 MB to 256 MB!
Best way is using PS3 Iso Rebuilder, but you will need an IRD and all files from the disc. To a ripped game, better use makeps3iso.
