Iron Lung is an upcoming American science fiction horror film written, directed, produced by, and starring Mark Fischbach in his feature directorial debut. It is an adaptation of the 2022 video game of the same name by David Szymanski.
The Iron Lung film is set to be the first theatrical film directed and produced by Fischbach, who will co-produce it alongside Will Hyde and Jeff Guerrero.
