Works fine. However, the Creative BT-W3 dongle is quite aggressive and tries to ‘force connect’ to the Airpods Max frequently - but this is a non-issue when your PS5 is turned off (-> need to adjust your PS5 power save settings in order to turn off the USB ports when it enters the rest mode)
Sadly I think Airpods Max are *terrible* as a work headset. Why? It's what others have mentioned: they have no sidetone. Yes, you can turn on transparency mode, but then you let in noise as well as your voice. With noise cancelling on, your own voice is blocked from getting back to your ears - and so you sound completely muffled to yourself.
