I apologize, unfortunately, this is not available in the chrome settings. However, you can try using the Custom New Tab URL extension which you can download in the Chrome Webstore. You can use this extension to set your preferred website to open in a new tab. Best regards, Van. Van S.
Open Edge, click on the three dots (top right) select settings. under Open with, select 'a specific page or pages'. select custom from the dropdown list, enter your preferred address in the 'enter a web address box' and click the + to the right. delete any you don't want by clicking the X to the right of them. I tried and the page didn't render correctly (no idea why). Here is the URL for the new tab page. Go to Settings>Appearance and Personalization> Show Home button and put the following address there: edge://newtab/. If that doesn't work, please file feedback by pressing Alt+Shift+I.
