Tom: Thanks for your response. When I log into Schwab brokerage, I only have access to my investment accounts and the investment checking account. When I log into Schwab bank, I only have access to my unlinked checking account. When I try to connect to the unlinked Schwab Bank account from Quicken, it takes me to the Schwab Brokerage login page.

July 2021. Well, I made progress but still can't add those accounts. I discovered that if you use the menu item Accounts-->Set Up Transaction Download, as opposed to the way I'd be doing it (editing the account, clicking Downloads, then Connect Account...) you get a completely different list of financial institutions.
Make backup of your Quicken file. Right click on your TD Ameritrade account in Quicken and select Edit/Delete Account. Click the online services tab and deactivate the TD AmeriTrade account. On the General tab change the account name to Schwab and delete the account number.
November 2021 Answer . Schwab changed the way (to save money, they say for security) to Express Web Connect+. Previously, the downloads went directly from Schwab to your computer. EWC+ method uses an aggregation service (Intuit) to collect the data on a nightly basis and then Quicken gets the information from the aggregation service.

Quicken Version R52.20, Build 27.1.52.20. I haven't been able to download or update any on my Schwab accounts for the last 3 days. I have multiple Schwab accounts and my wife also has Schwab accounts and none are being updated. I am able to login to Schwab via the new authorization window that appears, I then accept the terms, and then I go to a screen where my accounts should be listed, but they are not. I only see New Schwab Accounts with a tick-box for "Automatically link new Schwab accounts in future." None of my current 3 accounts are listed.
