We do have phone agents at 1-800-Xfinity. I called last month and got through in 7 minutes, but it depends why you care calling. If you enter in your information you will get to an agent. When the automated system asks what you need, say "plan change" or "remove service" even if that is not necessarily what you want.

I'm literately posting a question to a forum to ask how to contact them. There appears to be no way to actually contact Comcast? How can they stay in business without providing customer support?
With my own children on their remote classes and me trying to stay connected with my students, I am running into crazy slow speeds. The chat option is not a live link. I can't find any information on contacting customer service by phone. I know good customer service is a thing of the past, but really, this is just plan bad.
