The ISO file I provided was the one from August of 2018 and it has all the patches like the one for Windows Update and it also contains SP1. Because of this, it is a larger file than the original W7 Pro ISO file of around 3.09 GB. It will only fit on a 8 GB or larger USB drive or a dual layer DVD.

First I wrote to Microsoft Assistance in order to download Win 7 iso with the product key on the back of my notebook, but They said I had to download it from HP website. Now on HP website I couldn't be able to find the download button for Win 7 and redeem it with the product key.

Unfortunately, there isn't any place that I know of that has OEM Windows 7 ISO files for download anymore. This website has recovery media for your PC if you are interested.
