Currently, each account with Adobe Fonts has to activate the fonts for that account. We don’t have any admin features to share or send a group of fonts to users. Adobe Sans MM (and the accompanying Adobe Serif MM) are internal substitution fonts used by Acrobat and Reader to display text for fonts that were not embedded within a PDF file (not embedding fonts is a strongly non-recommended practice). The fonts do not show up on any font lists on your system.

I wish Adobe Fonts (aka Typekit) offered glyph table views of fonts on its web site (or even within Illustrator and InDesign). Laura Worthington has a number of outstanding script typefaces available to sync with Illustrator. It would be nice not to have to hop between MyFonts and Adobe Fonts web pages when font browsing.
