If " ATI Software Uninstall " is present, I would suggest you to follow these steps: a. Press Windows + X keys and click " Programs and Features ". b.

After installing Windows 10 I've been having issues opening the Catalyst Control Center. I am also unable to install it from AMD's site.

Is AMD Catalyst Control Center needed for Windows 10? Not unless you use special display settings that aren't available in the better built-in Windows Graphics and Display controls accessed by right clicking empty area of desktop. I would not install the Catalyst bloatware otherwise as it shows up regularly in problems.
